What’s the difference between Claims-Managed and Automatic Claims Clearance licenses?

Once you’ve added a track to your basket you will be prompted to read the ‘Things you need to know’ section about the license




Here you’ll be informed if the track’s claims are automatically cleared by our claims clearance software, VOUCH, or if our team needs to manually review and clear any claims. 




Automatic Claims Clearance 


If you’ve purchased a track that has the status ‘Automatic claims clearance’ then VOUCH should clear the claim within 30 minutes as long as the video has been uploaded as unlisted. 


If you are still experiencing a claim on your video after 30 minutes don’t panic! There’s a dedicated team on hand to clear claims for you. To get them into action as quickly and easily as possible, please follow the instructions here to tell the team everything they need to get your claim resolved.


Claims-Managed 


Some record labels request to manually review licenses, as per their agreement with Lickd. Any claims on claims-managed tracks should be cleared within 48 hours or less, Monday to Friday.
