Why do we need access to your YouTube?
We use your YouTube channel data to calculate the price you'll pay for each mainstream chart license.
Most importantly we'll remember your channel name and channel ID so that our claims clearance software, VOUCH can recognise your channel has correctly licensed a track from us and remove any copyright claims.
We want to reassure you that when you connect your YouTube channel this does not give us access to any financial or sensitive information. We also do not have permission to block or delete any of your content, apply copyright claims or view your monetization.
What connecting your YouTube channel does allow Lickd to do:
1. Understand your average views per video. This allows us to calculate your fair price per license so you're not paying superstar prices!
2. View any copyright claims you have on your videos so we can resolve them for you, provided you have a valid Lickd License!
