How can I get a refund?

'Creator' subscription refund

If you are on our 'Creator' plan you can unsubscribe / cancel your subscription at anytime during or after the free-trial

Please note you will not be eligible for a refund of your subscription once your first payment has been taken.

Refund for 'Starter', 'Plus', or 'Pro' Subscription 

We are gradually transitioning to new subscription plans from August 13th, the below money back guarantee relates to the new subscription plans. 

If you are on our 'Starter', 'Pro', or 'Plus' plan you can unsubscribe / cancel your subscription at anytime. 

You will only be entitled to a full refund at the end of your first Billing Period only (i.e. month or year) if you have not redeemed any Credits within that first Billing Period.

If you have used your credit(s) within your first month you will not be entitled for a full refund. 

To receive a refund if you have not used your credit(s) within your first subscription month please contact us on support@lickd.co with the email address associated to your Lickd account. 

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. 

You will not be entitled to a refund after your first billing period. 

Refund for 'Premium' Chart Music

If you believe you need a refund or you purchased a license by mistake, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help. You can contact us by using the "Contact Us" link in the top right-hand corner of this page or drop us an email on support@lickd.co

Send us a message with as much information as possible, including:

  • Your name
  • Channel name
  • License ID
  • Name of the track and artist you licensed
  • Your payment receipt.

Don’t stress - a member of our team will get back to you ASAP.

Please Note : purchasing a license is for the right to use that track. A refund will not be issued if a decision is made to not use the license after the track is downloaded, or if the track has already been used in a video ("unlisted", "private", or "public").
